AAC Blocks

4inch, 6inch, 8inch, 9inch) is a certified green building material. These precast concrete blocks are extremely lightweight and widely used for internal and external construction.

1. IS 6441-1 (1972): Methods of test for autoclaved cellular concrete products, Part I: Determination of unit weight or bulk density and moisture content [CED 53: Cement Matrix Products]

2. IS 6441-5 (1972): Methods of Test for Autoclaved Cellular Concrete Products, Part V: Determination of Compressive Strength [CED 53: Cement Matrix Products]

3. IS 2185-3 (1984): concrete masonry units, Part 3: Autoclaved cellular Aerated concrete blocks [CED 53: Cement Matrix Products]

4. IS 6598 (1972): Cellular concrete for thermal insulation [CHD 27: Thermal Insulation]*

AAC Blocks are eco-friendly and sustainable. They are green, light weight, thermally insulated, energy efficient and fire resistant. Their other qualities include acoustic per- formance, easy workability, design flexibility and faster construction.

AVSTech AAC blocks are made as per BIS Code IS: 2815, part 3,guidelines in IS Code to ensure quality standards. We have a fully automatic plant with the state of the art tech- nology with a capacity of 200 cubic meters per day.

80% of the volume of an AAC Block is air. The blocks are easy to install, nail, drill and cut for pipes and conduits. We manufacture the AAC Blocks in a variety of sizes. The raw materials we use to manufacture these blocks are cement, sand, fly ash, gypsum, lime and water.
