We’re looking for someone who can own the lead-to-retention process with speed, accuracy, and a strong customer focus. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, comfortable working with data, and able to efficiently support daily sales operations.
Role Highlights:
Position: CRM Executive.
Experience: 2–4 years.
Salary: ₹3–4 LPA.
Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
Division: Concrete Products Division.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage leads from first contact to retention.
Ensure response time of less than 5 minutes.
Maintain 98% data accuracy.
Prepare daily sales reports.
Support customer relationship and pipeline management.
Coordinate smoothly with the sales team.
Skills Required:
BBA / MBA preferred.
Strong Excel knowledge.
Process-driven and detail-oriented approach.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage customer data efficiently.
